These Terms apply to all purchases or sales conducted through iBuy.sg, including liquidation stock, excess inventory, closeout lots, or wholesale products listed on our platform.

2. For Buyers
By placing an order on iBuy.sg:
- You confirm that you have reviewed the item description and agree to the condition stated.
- You understand that liquidation or excess goods may be non-returnable, sold as-is, and not covered under manufacturer warranties.
- You agree to make full payment as invoiced before dispatch unless other terms are agreed upon.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refund, return, or exchange is permitted unless an item was grossly misrepresented.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer (if shipping internationally).
3. For Sellers
By listing items for sale on iBuy.sg:
- You represent that you have the legal right to sell the goods listed and that they are not counterfeit or prohibited under Singapore law.
- You agree to clearly describe inventory conditions, quantities, and any defects or expirations.
- You are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Payments for successful sales may be subject to platform commission and will be disbursed based on agreed payment terms.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.
- We accept payments through our authorized payment gateways. Any processing fees or charges will be communicated upfront.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our policies.
5. Delivery & Logistics
- Shipping and delivery timelines depend on the seller and the location of the goods.
- iBuy.sg may coordinate logistics or refer third-party freight providers, but final responsibility for shipping lies with the seller (unless otherwise stated).
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are not the responsibility of iBuy.sg.
6. Dispute Resolution
- For order-related disputes between buyers and sellers, iBuy.sg may act as a neutral mediator but does not guarantee a resolution.
- All disputes should be reported to reachout@ibuy.sg within 3 business days of delivery.
- If the issue involves a legal breach, we reserve the right to suspend the involved account(s).
7. Liability Disclaimer
- iBuy.sg is a marketplace facilitator and not the direct owner of the products listed (unless indicated).
- We are not liable for any damages, loss of profits, or reputational harm resulting from transactions on the platform.
- You use this platform at your own risk and discretion.
8. Amendments
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
